Quite like it other than JJ, but perhaps the omission of Vesty may improve the two full-back positions?
 
I much prefer our chances against a side like Villa matching them up in central midfield. So I approve.

Also relieved to see Vestergaard benched.

It's not my choice of personnel but it's a lot better than last week.

And Danny Ward has been replaced on the bench - hurrah!
 
Skipp brings energy. Ayew will hold onto the ball up front which we badly need. Okoli will add more pace to the defence.

We will probably get walloped though.

Yep, try and keep it tight for as long as possible and then push for it later on.

We really need to start sharper though as I'm sure both Spurs and Fulham had 3 or 4 attempts on target in the first 15 mins and we can't keep getting away with that.
