Keeping the new Kante twins, aka Mendy and Ndidi, in central midfield should allow more flexibility for the fullbacks by choking their opponents’ service. I’d go with Ricardo and Chilwell behind Albrighton and Grey
Which shade of grey do you prefer?Keeping the new Kante twins, aka Mendy and Ndidi, in central midfield should allow more flexibility for the fullbacks by choking their opponents’ service. I’d go with Ricardo and Chilwell behind Albrighton and Grey
He deserves to be spoken about with regards to the upcoming England squad, and if he keeps playing as he is should be cemented in the squad by the time of the Euros. I like your team, but haven’t seen enough to pick between Evans and Cap’n Morgan, except to say that I hope the Turkish fella is fit soonKasperNot sure why it does but it amazes me that after last night some people tweeted RL to say play Fuchs over Chilwell, clearly some people only see Fuchs as the player from the title win season and refuse to see how good Chilwell has been this season
Ricardo Evans Maguire Chilwell
Mendy NDidi
Albrighton Maddison Gray
Nachoman
Fuchs legs have gone Salah would leave him for dustFor Southampton I wanted Amartey out and Morgan in. Glad to see most on here agree that Ricardo and Morgan should start at the back. The question is whether Chilwell is a good enough defender against the Liverpool attack or whether he should play in front of Fuchs?
If they’ve got pace, which Chilwell does and Fuchs does not, you push the wingers back by pushing your fullbacks up and leaving a defensive midfielder or two deep. Mendy and Ndidi are perfect for the jobFor Southampton I wanted Amartey out and Morgan in. Glad to see most on here agree that Ricardo and Morgan should start at the back. The question is whether Chilwell is a good enough defender against the Liverpool attack or whether he should play in front of Fuchs?
yeah to lets drop a winger that will pin their full back in to go ultra defensive by bringing in someone that's been woeful in the league for over a year and cannot runIsn’t that why Chilwell should be in front to ‘engage’ Salah? The FBs are supposed to be the last line of defence, not the first?
there's this lad call NDidi you may have heard of too.So we have Mendy playing the defensive Kante twins role of protecting the two CBs while we wait for one or more of two FBs and two wingers to get back from being stranded in the opposition half?
Football was a simpler game in my day.

I don'tI think we’ll get torn to shreds down the channels.
have a day offSo in attack we are playing 2-2-6 and in defence we are playing 2-2-6?
Is this what is called a pressing game?
