That looks better. Dropping Moore is fair enough, though Ritchie keeping his place is puzzling.

De Laet is better at home anyway. And the diamond should help him with coverage a bit.

People will moan about Ulloa...but at least he has picked 2 out of 3 instead of shoehorning everyone into the side.

Hard on Schlupp to disappear completely.

Happy enough with the personnel, although I'd have dropped De Laet. Not at all convinced by the diamond as I think we should be going with pace/trickery in advanced wide positions. We'll see, I suppose.

I think we had no choice with the diamond. If we had played 2 out and out wingers against a midfield four of Brunt, Gardner, Dorrans and Morrison we would have got destroyed. And we still might.

Slight thigh strain for Ulloa apparently so only on the bench.

I can kind of understand the midfield, because we've got much stronger options there than wide. Hopefully it works.

After the game at Swansea how did Pearson decide that Nugent deserved a place in the starting 11. I don't care what tactics or system he is employing today. Nugent should not be starting.
