IMO some players have looked a tad tired/off form in the last 2 games, id rest Nugent for Wood for this one and possibly Drinkwater for Hammond, whichever team NP selects im confident we can pick up 3 points, last game before Burnley for Vardy to pick up an unwanted yellow card. Keep up the same standard of home performances and i think we can win this 3-0 Vardy 2 Knocky

Your scorer predictions are usually educated and not far off the mark, but this one.... Ha! You must be having a laugh yeah?
Nope. I'd say it's a 25th minute winner from Lloydy

Yeovil are battling well, could be a tricky one. I'll go 4-0 to Leicester.

Unchanged team. 3-0. We need to keep faith with the 11 that started on Satdee. 17 games without defeat is a superb run and in amongst that you are going to get the odd 'bad day at the office'.

Credit also to Blackburn who gave it a go.

we have tues/sat/tues/fri coming up (yeovil/burnley/wigan/sheff wed). some were saying we looked a bit jaded yesterday. with the quality we have on the bench, i'm surprised that NP isnt giving some a rest.

I would wager he probably will - De Laet I would think will be the first change after his less than impressive performance yesterday.

Maybe he will rest a couple for the Yeovil game in light if the fixtures?

De Laet and Nugent perhaps?

I don't think we looked tired. I just think Blackburn played very well against us. That said with the run of games we have coming up I'd be looking at a couple of changes against Yeovil. If Dyer is fit I'd give him a run against this lot, and I'd stick Moore in for De Laet. Perhaps Wood for Nugent, too.

One of the things NP did badly last season was rotation of his squad. When we were on a good run, he kept the same team and those on the bench got increasingly fewer competitive games. As a result, when we did need to make changes, the players coming in were not match fit and so were poor and our season started to disintegrate.

He's done exactly the same this season and, to be fair, it's worked out because we've had very few injuries/suspensions and nobody has lost form for too long. However, I still don't agree with the 'no changes' mentality. If you look at the best managers in the Premier League, they always rotate irrespective of results. I think this is the right way to go if you've got some decent quality outside your theoretical best eleven.

I thought we'd be okay with his approach now we have a development team but he doesn't play any of the benched players in those games. I think you're allowed 3-4 over 21s in those matches.

Having said all that, I think it's now too late to adjust our selection system. We might as well carry on as we are until promotion is assured and then decide if we want to play about with the side or not for the last few games.

I think we'll make 1 or 2 changes, as he'll want players fresh for Burnley - Moore in for RDL is most likely as people have suggested.

Reading back through the predictions thread from pre-season the other day, many of us had this down to be our biggest win of the season...
