We needed a good day after some of the dismal performances of late. That was indeed a special effort by Taylor and McDonald.

Shame that McDonald has just found his feet and now has to go off! Hopefully Benning will regain his fitness and be able to step into his shoes in the T20.

Don't know if we'll get the win, quite overcast today, I'm sure we'll get some rain. Although Middlesex can be as brittle as we are, so if we get a few wickets they could crumble.
