I like Slimani but I have the feeling that he doesn't fit - in terms of character.

Ridiculous. Big Leo fan in the past, think he played a key role as a bit part player in the title winning season. But he's declined as a player and we've signed better since so he should be way down the pecking order now.

Bye bye Slimani.

I don't understand why Ulloa would even want to stay. He kicked up a fuss last season because he wanted to leave because he wasn't playing. Does he really think he's going to get more of an opportunity this time round considering the reduced number of games? Even if Musa and Slimani leave, he'll be way behind Vardy, Shinji and Nacho.

All this does is show our players that downing tools, turning shit, slagging off the manager publically and threatening not to play can all get you a new contract.

That alone is a terrible precedent to set.

A real signal of our ambitions as a club

Unless he's signed a new contract on reduced terms for a longer period because he's a good influence?

Even typing it it seems unlikely.

Yep, also struggling to understand this one too.

Can only think he's had a clause in there to say he can go if he does not play a certain number of games after he rather forcibly removed his toys from his pram last season.

Hardly like his performance on Tuesday could have inspired any real future with us.

Maybe reduced terms here is a lot more than anyone else will pay him, and he values the money more than first team football.

What if, for example, the club made him a promise last summer that they didn't keep?
Isn't that a bad precedent for the club to set?

Why would he want to sign a new contract with such inhumane bastards.
