Hockaday sacked

Junior Lewis gone too.

In 21 years in charge of Cagliari, Cellino sacked 35 managers!

Bloke was clearly out of his depth though. Think he'd be better getting someone from Italy where they're used to that model of working. We sneered at the time, but that bloke at Watford seems to be doing alright.

So then, the owner has made a big mistake already, he was the clown who appointed him and he is the clown who will continue in the same fashion.

Any Leeds fan with an ounce of mental stability would be truly against this clown of a man owning their club.

Mistake after mistake, he should sack himself.

Yes it is good to laugh at Leeds. Yes the owner is something of a disaster..

However. the sacking of a manager after a couple of months need not be a mistake. By now the owner will have seen Hockaby at work and the players will have sussed whether he is up to the job. Every time I worked with somebody it tool only a couple of weeks to tell whether he/she was up to the job. Bad managers are usually given too much time. If appointing Hockaby was a mistake then persisting with him would have been a much bigger mistake.

So lets all enjoy Leeds plight. But Leeds and Cardiff are just an extreme versions of the norm. It seems to me Leicester are unusual in having owners the fans actually like..

Yes, it's true. It only took me a couple of weeks to realise I wasn't up to this job - and I'm still here 34 years later!

I can't help but think that some of the ridiculous measures that Cellino has put in place around the training ground etc haven't helped Hockaday either.

Including changing Hockaday's name to Hockaby?

I know, I bet no one else can offer to bring something so demotivational to the table. Well, apart from Spion.
