After my yearly visit to the walkers bowl i am stunned that i have more passion in my little dead toenail, that is waiting to be picked off, than the entire leicester support. The chanting resembled an audition for x factor and the songs that were sung, were half hearted and not even finished.

I have now pulled my toenail off and left it on the side of the bath..........

I would like to pick fault with this post. However, I can't.

Fookin' shite atmosphere today.

Could perhaps be improved if people go to more than 1 game a season?

Why don't you start off your posting life on a postive? We've just won 2-0 do we really need to be brought down? I hope you feel smart. And by the way your attempt at comedy went down like a lead balloon.

It will take more than that. The trust have had the "players songs" campaign running for a while, and I still ain't heard one at the ground yet.

Anyone know how to improve ?

which toe was it?

if it was your big toe, you really ought to tidy it up with sharp scissors, you'll end up with awful ingrown nails if you dont.

The momo/2unlimited song got a bit of an airing today to be fair.

The atmosphere wasnt great but it was okay.

Lets hope he is a one post in a lifetime poster as well as a one game a season spectator. we dont need "fans" like that.

negativity is no good for anybody, let's hope he/she comes back & posts something even vaguely promising

for **** sake, we are shit in a shit league. atmospheres are hardly going to be buzzing, especially if the game is 2-0 for 80minutes, as i have posted on another post my mate said we were best he has seen. football atmosphere in general is crap now, its a big game, less lowly support on crap wages such as myself, too much shame is involved in singing. we did the job, and at the end of the day its what you pay to see, complain about the volume of noise but we did a job, and what sort of one game a season to watch is sheffield wednesday unless you are a mug?

any more new songs yet?

haven't been a game yet you see...

A few points to make about Sheff Weds but I 'll have to be brief because I have a whole lot of BBC Sport cricket websites to constantly refresh all day.

Great to see Hughesy back. Someone tell Joey he shouldn't be allowed to shoot outside the area. Hume looks tidy albeit he was on for 10 minutes or so. Elvis looked dangerous and had a good game I thought. Pleased for Deep Freeze.

Songs;
1 to the tune of No Limits by 2 Unlimited
"Momo , mo, mo, Momo, mo, mo, Momo Sylla
Mo Sylla he plays on the right
He runs at defences and makes them look shite
Put in a tackle, try your luck
You won't get near him, he's fast as f*ck
Momo, mo, mo .....
Repeat"

Got the first line going a little bit in F2 on Saturday.

One for Elvis though I have to give credit to the lad who sits next to me for this

"Elvis lives in Gracelands, he wears a sequinned suit
When he plays for Leicester, he wears his blue suede boots
He scores 'em with his left foot, he scores em with his right
When he plays in Vegas he scores all f8ckin night"

Had another one for elvis but have forgotten after too many beers in a Poker match on Saturday night.

Right heap praise or slag those off at your leisure, I am off to follow England regain the ashes.

I can only assume "one game a season" is a bit of a wind-up merchant. The atmosphere was OK, but all seater grounds do not help.

I dont think it helped that after we (finally) scored a goal the crowd were drowned out by the full blast Kasabian over the speakers....

Couldn't agree more. I'm a big Kasabian fan, and I know they're from Leicester, but there is a time and a place for everything, and straight after a goal is not one of them.:038:

that shitty sound clip is not needed after a goal. let the fans sing for themselves. when you cant even hear yourself over it you stop singing. kills the atmosphere for sure

It just sounded like noise to me:102::102:
