This is the thing though, I'm so happy with our recruitment so far because apart from three of the four/five standout players of the season - Mavididi, Winks and Hermansen - the rest are on loan. If we end up getting promoted, with EnzoBall and a higher calibre of players, we should be looking to compete in the Prem. Those loanees who perform we go for, those who don't, we just drop. At least that's my take on things. It's so important that if we get promoted, we aren't left with Championship players and again looking to rebuild.
