It would make sense to get certain players on loan. For example Toderov - we don't know how good he is after his injury problems, if we had him for a couple of months we might be able to make an informed decision whether to buy him in the summer. Better to do that than buy him unseen and find out he's now crap.

I know, you think that players from a team riding higher in the top flight than they have for over half a century would be falling over themselves to uproot from their nice homes on the south coast & move into digs for a couple of months in order to enjoy themselves in the kick and rush of the lower reaches of the championship.

Theres only one problem: You cant have more then 6 players on loan. But in the summer i believe we will need that number of new players coming in if we want to succeed.

Well that is true, but we need to some players to make sure we stay in this league at the moment, can't see a manager change so least change the team around, the youth team is doing so well why not give some them boys a chance, bring in some decent loan players who would keep us in the league that what need to do before the summer comes and we clean up the squad

and a central defender as cover for Kisnorbo and McAuley and two decent wingers... I know we can only have so many loan players at once but fcuking off Horsefield, Yeates and Jarrett would free up three places.
