Hopefully we loan him to Stoke?

Hopefully, not whilst he (might be) playing for us!

Isn't he probably better of staying with us anyway? At least we can give him some game time. It'd be pretty demoralising for him to go somewhere else and just sit on a bench... that's if anyone would even want to take him on loan after his recent 'reviews'. I really feel for the bloke.

Benkovic is one of, if not the, worst signing in the history of the club.

£13m for zero league appearances and it doesn’t look like he ever will.

we paid about the same as that for Ward too
At least Ward makes the bench every week and will be playing if Schmeichel gets injured.

You’ve gotta have the tea lady injured for Benkovic to play.

Defender Josh Knight has extended his loan stay with Wycombe Wanderers until the end of the 2020/21 Sky Bet Championship season, subject to Football League clearance.

The 23-year-old joined the Chairboys on loan in October 2020, initially until January 2021, however his deal has now been extended after a number of impressive displays in the second tier.

He has featured regularly for Gareth Ainsworth’s side this season and has so far made 19 Championship appearances.

Knight joined City’s Academy at the age of eight and has progressed through the ranks, signing a new contract with the Club in January 2019.

He made his first team debut for the Foxes in a 4-1 win against Sheffield United in the Carabao Cup in August 2017 and was part of the Under-21s group that won the Hong Kong Soccer Sevens tournament that same year.

Wycombe’s next fixture will see them take on Preston North End at home in the Third Round of the Emirates FA Cup on Saturday.
