Why was it a waste of time? I doubt he was on wages of much more than 1k a week, and it gave us cover should we have needed it. We didn't, so we are out of pocket an estimated £4k, which is nothing, and it didn't take up a needed loan spot, so nothing ventured nothing gained etc
