Yes. And spend it on.....?

I have seen CMS play three times now and on each occasion he has looked quality.

He's just not good enough

I don't understand?

Surely the fact that P'Boro are fighting for their lives and want to get rid of him indicates he's a quality player?

Got little to do with it IMO. If I was bored enough I would even cite good players in similar situations with clubs. But I'm not. So there.

The new manager clearly doesn't want him - probably acknlowedging the fact that he won't be with them next season in League 1.

Tonight's local paper in Peterborough states that Posh have rejected three bids from Championship clubs to take C M-S on loanm till the end of the season - Leicester, Watford and Reading. They report that the Chairman (MacAnthony) is blocking any move until it is mathematically possible for relegation to be avoided (that won't be long!!). C M-S is likely to be on the subs bench tomorrow.

Technically, I think that he's a very good player. Remember his part in the build up to the second goal that they scored against us at London Road - shrugged off a couple of players and played a perfect pass for Whelpdale to score.

He has real pace, with a never say die attitude. I could see him playing on the right of a 4-3-3 formation, with Fryatt and Waghorn alongside him. Other than Dyer, we do lack a bit of pace and he can provide this.

As I leave near Peterborough, I've seen him play quite a few times. There's no doubting his commitment. Get him in!

George Boyd looks as though he might be going to Middlesborough at the end of the season.

:018: Impossible.

The correct wording is mathematically impossible to avoid relegation. If we say that until it is mathematically possible to avoid relegation, then C M-S will not be allowed to leave because Posh may still be able to avoid the drop
