I wonder what MA's stance is on drinking? after all most of us on here saw half the city squad in town after a match most saturdays! cant seee him standing for it
 
Its a long and rambling post from the manager so it is hard to read BUT after translating it(!) & trying to sus out some messages to me it shows some very good initial signs... its shows someone who is motivating the players, is letting them enjoy it PLUS is signalling he will be a hard taskmaster through:
i) rewards only if you win (mars bars, bar-b-q)
ii) a bollocking if you are late (Hayes) & reminder to all to be early from now on
iii) 'take it or leave it' to Newton. Play like you did at B'ham & you will be allright here, but play like you did in some games & you will be in the stiffs & released at the end of the season (if not before).
This is not what he said word for word, but these are the kind of conclusions I am deriving. BTW, I listened to Hume on Radio Leicester and he said the training was harder than they were used to in previous years... and THAT'S a great sign too. Others have said here that the training was too easy and too light.
 
MA is exactly the opposite to the last 3 lackluster managers that we all moaned about.

But guess what, people still manage to moan. what a ****ing surprise.

I also agree on this point. Does he really think the players don't know how to use the internet? the players will catch on to his 'little tricks' and start ignoring them.

I Don't think any of that happened, its all bull for the fans.
