Mahrez

So basically Ranieri is very happy for any player that is unhappy to leave, except Mahrez!

No Pinocchio impression this time, or Dilly Ding - Dilly Dong!

Obviously Ranieri also not fully up to speed yet like the rest of the team, or maybe with £3million a year now in his pocket, plus bonuses, he does not feel the need to entertain the media quite so much.

Nobody has stated that Mahrez is unhappy, apart from the press and internet morons

I did not suggest Mahrez was unhappy, only that if he were to become unhappy, Ranieri/Whelan/Top would not let him go at the moment as:

a) no-one has offered a suitable fee £60million+, and
b) they have not yet found a clone of Mahrez that would not cost more than they can sell Mahrez for.

I think Mahrez is happy here at the moment, but possibly would like options for movement.

As long as he has the support of those around him in the club and continued worship from our fans, I am sure he will perform at least as well as last year.

He is certainly the most talented player I have ever seen at our club, way above Muzzy, who I thought was a legend.

Mahrez wasn't actually playing that well at the end of last season and he's playing no better now, playing like that he is an absolute waste of a shirt, if his head is not on it over a possible move drop him, we can't carry anyone not even Riyad

yeah that's what I said isn't it, we carried him today and we cannot afford to carry anyone in out style

We didn't carry anyone. The majority of players were absolutely shit and to single one out of that shambles is a bit much.

Whoever was behind me was on Riyad's back from minute one - it was as if they had decided pre match that unless he scored 4 hat tricks they were going to give him shit. I got fed up with them.

When Riyad scored the penalty, I turned to them and said "Are you going to get off his back now?!" to which he replied "He wasn't going to score any other way was he".

I quietly replied "yes" whilst deciding that this man was in fact an absolute moron.

Some people are so thick.

Gerry Taggart says he'd take £50m for Mahrez. Don't think I would.

I don't think Mahrez was even one of our worst players on Saturday. He found same space, made a couple of runs, had that mazy dribble through the box - in any other year people would've loved that. Because of what Mahrez and the team did last year, expectations have been raised.

If you want to see all the magic from Mahrez, it goes hand in hand with that that there's some games where it doesn't come off.
