he went from liability to poor, like I said not saying much considering he went from key player to ghost attacking wise, any other player would have been dropped.

Mahrez has shown himself to be a POTY level player, we should be demanding more from him not making excuses

I think you are definitely on to something here. I think we should give him a go through the middle like we did in the second leg and see if that rejuvenates him. He did show flashes of very neat and tidy forward play in the second half and I would really like to see him given a free role in this position..... probably after tonight though
 
why after tonight? Arsenal are nothing special and they themselves are now playing with wing backs, now is the perfect time

He is a revolving gate who occasionally makes an effort to run back but rarely defends well when back there.

I'll let him off tonight seeing as the rest were so poor as well. I don't think he was our worst player tonight, for the first time in months.

Why are you making an excuse for him, if he's really the player people say he should be dragging a performance out of others at times, he's been poor all season, it's ok to say that
