What about, for example, someone who only missed one home match between 1993 and 2008, but now lives 200+ miles away from Leicester?

Feck 'em

Lazy part time bastards....

Feck em....... if they were that fanatical a few miles shouldn't make any difference.

I used to live in Ambleside but still got to the majority of home matches.

So did I until last season, when the cost just became too much.

It's nearly £80 on the train and it involves an overnight stay because the last train home is too early. I can't drive that far and back in one day due to my crap knees.

OK Jeff, when I buy the club and implement my plans I will allow you to come and go to matches as you please without any problems. Its the other ****ers who will suffer.

Where in Ambleside did you live?

I was referring to the "got to the majority of home matches bit"
I wouldn't want to live in Ambleside, too many tourists clogging up the roads. That's been the case every time I've been there anyway. Not as bad as Windermere though.

When I moved to Carlisle it was half way through the season and I had a season ticket, so I went to the rest of the matches.

The following season I went to around half the home matches and a similar number away.

Last season I went to a few away matches but only one at home.

I haven't been yet this season. I lost my appetite for watching Leicester after all the crap that happened in the summer. Maybe a year off will do me good.

Careful. You might wake up one morning and find yourself 'cured' :icon_wink

If I could afford a coach I'd use the one which would drop me off outside my front door:icon_razz

Looks like my ticket will be unused:icon_cry:
Oh. My route is by bus.

Then train.

Then coach.

Then another bus.

Then another bus.

You'd get home about 7am.
