Hume had a very good game compared to recent weeks, but is still as frustrating as hell when he has to do the simple things.

What I'm mainly trying to point out is that Hume has been slated for weeks for his poor play, now he's getting rave reviews because of one cross ... and they say I'm fickle

Ive never slated him and stand by the fact he was MoM yesterday. He played a sublime defence splitting ball from his own half and tucked away a good goal with a run from deep. Am I alone in thinking these are things we have been missing :102:

Yeah good shout!

Good to see he's gradually coming out of his shell a bit, I reckon he'll play a vital role in this latter part of the season, possible candidate for captain next season?? Or do you think he'll stick with clem?

If Clemence stays at the club then I'm sure he'll stay club captain.

It would be pretty demoralising if the captaincy was to be taken away from him, and it doesnt really look good for neither player nor club.

No, you're spot on.

The pass was excellent, and it was defo not a OTT ball, it was played low, to his feet, and with perfect weight and direction.

But as some top notch pundit "cleverly" pointed out earlier if it was too long, high, short, fast, slow, etc he would have been slated. But that's the difference between a good pass and a bad pass, hardly fcuking rocket science.

As you say, Duzza, it's what the team has been missing, low balls through the middle and splitting the defence. We can play this much better than the "wingers" system.

I am not even going to view the results, but I would put money on the BM's voting in mass for Hume, because he scored a goal that was delivered to him on a plate.

FFS we have won a game and MOM polls appear. Lets get a few more wins under our belts first before we jump out of the frying pan.

Why am i getting carried away posting a man of the match poll, think it could become a regular poll if succesful, and their is a worthy MoM
