Reports claim Grayson, who has been with the Seasiders since 2005 and masterminded the club's promotion to the Championship, could return as part of a managerial 'dream team' with former Leicester City chief Brian Little.

MANAGERIAL DREAM TEAM! HAHAHAHAHA.... Yeah... and put Martin George at the helm... What a pretty picture that would all be...

No, it's because Brian Little is a decent Manager and Simon Grayson is an up and coming Manager who is already a proven success.

I quite like this idea. It could be a lot worse.

BUT: clear demarcation should be given to the roles that a manager pair have. Who has final say over team selection? Who decides what players to buy? (Oh yeah, thats MM. Forgot!). Who deicides training techniques, areas to work on, tactical roles etc etc.

(How about Warnock and Roeder? Or Roeder and Megson? (-: )

Little and Grayson sounds excellent.
Little: Many have forgotten what a great job he did for us and how instrumental he was in setting up a platform from which we eventually had some good success.
Grayson: Young, hungry, successful so far as a manager. Dedicated, hard-working and well-liked when he was here as a player (who could forget the goal away at Wimbledon in the semi final?…)

As for Megson and Roeder, this is on a par (ok I’m exaggerating but…) with Taylor and McGhee for me.
