Would be a decent partnership IMO. Grayson is an up and coming manager who is forging a very good reputation, his team plays decent attacking football and he has an impressive CV thus far. Saving Blackpool from the drop and then the following season leading them to promotion is no mean feat.

Little would provide some needed back up, experience and also take the pressure off Grayson as it would still be a big step up, Blackpool whilst progressing nicely, are a million miles away in comparison to Leicester, the infrastructure, support, weight of expectation, recent history and the quality of players will be huge. Little has been there, seen it and got the T-shirt and whilst I don't believe he would be a decent choice of manager, he would be a fantastic Director of Football.

Go on Milan, pick up the phone alongside Jewell and Warnock this pairing would IMO be an excellent choice.

Blimey, you want FOUR managers???? :icon_wink

Still, it would make it easier to get to 20 sacked.

Anybody thought about a foreign manager/coach, with a director of football, M&M seems to like this system, and its common abroad, I have no idea who though any thoughts anyone?

I can't see this happening.

MM said "this time, I will be looking for someone who has experience at a higher level".

Grayson doesn't have experience at a higher level.

No but Brian Little has plenty of experience and maybe Milan likes the idea of an experienced D of F and a bright young Manager as an ideal partnership.
