I do have a sneaky feeling that the Rodgers-helping-Liverpool narrative will play out and we’ll have an influence on the title race.

I don't like getting beaten by anyone, and it's negligible consolation if it's away at the league leaders. So whilst I want no less that a win, in truth, I can't see it happening. We've got to produce our A game (as they say) and there's no guarantee of that, and then you have to hope for nerves or an off-day from Man City. They have so much in their locker and I can't see them faltering. Sadly.
