Re: Mandric Out?

Kelly, Allen, Holloway.

So you're right, two managers...

And he failed to offer Worthington a permanent contract - that makes five.

Re: Mandric Out?

Oh and lets not forget the 20 odd million quid he's put into the club! (Or is that not enough bully?). Putting that much in and still getting relegated - the man must be devastated.

20 million? - MM confirmed £11m only a few months ago himself in the Mercury

Re: Mandric Out?

From the rumours i heard, it was only N'Gotty who he signed, who to be fair was complete bollocks last season

only n'gotty he has admitted would be more accurate

from other rumours around allen only choose campbell, haynes, clemence and one other unnamed player, rest came as suggestions to him which he didn't reject

Re: Mandric Out?

Not everything is about the money clearly as the money has been spent poorly, and yes we all think that Holloway and the others brought these players but did they? I'ld rather have players who want to play for the club instead of throwing money around.

I obviously don't want Leicester to go into administration but I don't think the way forward is to try and buy our way out of div one. I bet Mandric already has a list of players to buy, I always thought it was strange that between managers we were still signing players, anyone else?

and now he can do a few deals while no manager is in place, just like last year......

Re: Mandric Out?

What does everyone else think, has Mandric's money really made us a better club? Is it all worth it?

RE: Mandric in?
Mandric`s money has made a big difference, he`s stablised our club, without Milan there would be no Leicester City so i dont get where people come from with that kind of statement.
The only problem we have with Milan is that he goes for a manager with a good CV and it never works out like it should do.
I am not a betting man but there is a possilblity that Avram Grant could play a part, there is a bit of a connection here.
Wait and see.

You type very legibly for someone who is obviously smoking a lot of crack.

I would be interested to know whether Mandaric himself feels the club is now stable.

Re: Mandric Out?

So, MM needs longer than IH to be deemed a failure. But you are right, so far his results are worse than any of our previous chairman. But, MM is a risk taker, and with greater risks comes greater rewards.

Fingers crossed his risks are well calculated.

Unfortunately. the one time he didn't go with his usual presumed instincts - was in not sacking Holloway by early March.

That is the most significant mistake he has made and has probably cost us our championship status.

Mandaric makes mistakes but he has been badly let down by the players and appointed a manager in Holloway who was unfortunately not of the calibre to sort out this underperforming, overpaid bunch of w-nkers.

Re: Mandric Out?

Why would we go into administration?

MM said on RL on Friday that if he had decided to leave the club following relegation, it would have gone into administration. It wasn't really picked up at the time as he said it as part of a typically long ramble about why we should all renew our season tickets or we were not real supporters.

Bless his senile old heart.

No doubt he dropped that in there just to bring it to peoples minds so we don't call for his head.

Re: Mandric Out?

Everyone was at fault for the relegation. But i really am not sure why he sacked Martin Allen.
So what if they had their differences, the manager should be left alone to do the job, without unneccesary interference, its like Allen said before he got the sack "i`m not a nodding dog"....whats the point of appointing someone if you won`t allow them to do the job, and do it their way.

And yes he made a poor start and signed some dubious players, but he wasn`t exactly given time to sort it out...and u will never know if he could have made those indifferent players step up a gear and play for him.

So he would have put us into administration rather than trying to find a buyer?

Surely if we go into administration, he loses loads of money.
If he sells up for a loss, he might lose a similar amount of money.
So why do the administration thing?

Does he mean he's now put us into so much debt no one with any sense would consider taking over the club?

The fatal error here is the fact that you're applying logic to a situation involving a complete loon.
