Former Portsmouth chairman Milan Mandaric has refused to rule out a move to buy Leicester. (Various)

Only from bbc rumours but it has been reported in several newspapers. Though in fairness i have also refused to rule out a move to buy Leicester, if i can afford it. So actually it probably means feck all. But im sure there is more than idle gossipin the rumours.

he has ruled out buying others like wolves, so there maybe some truth in it or he would have ruled us out as well

No offense to the people on here who provide the "inside" information, but after the debacle we had on here with the manager situation, one week it was guaranteed to be newell, the next week Cotterill had been confirmed, I'm sceptical about everything until it's hard and fast

We do really need something like this to happen right now. The club is on a downward spiral. If Milan were to buy the club I think we could finally start to make some progress!

I think his money will be welcomed but my fear is on what terms. The Portsmouth situation was different to ours as he did buy a controlling interest in the club and then eventually sold it on to a Russian. The way our club is structered it will be impossible for him to do that, thus probably making him think twice about investing in us. Even if we allow him to buy a bigger percentage of the club, he will never be allowed to buy a majority share. Don't know what the answer to it is,as at the moment we are set up so that no one can send us into administration again.

I don't know what makes you think that the present set-up means that we can't go into administration again. I would have thought that in the way that it works to restrict investment, the set-up is more likely to cause us to stay in desperate financial straits and inevitably las us to administration (or worse) again in due course.

We don't want him investing in the club. We want him buying it and getting rid of all the silly rules and regs
