As I put it, the Uruguayian chaps deal is 60% complete. The Castillo is all but done. It's hard to draw up contracts quickly over there because of the language barriers but apparantly the Castillo contract is complete and just needs to have pen to paper for it to be a done deal. Awesome news.

and i do think we can get bent a offer of 250 k with an extra 500 k when we get promoted will do the trick and we can get him on wages of around 10 k a week, but with a wage rise when we get promoted what do you reckon will this work.

Why else do you think he would play for stoke, palace etc? They pay him thier top whack we make up the rest until the end of his contract. Taylor didnt believe in contracts lasting less than 5 years. Hence why Elliott is still here on 30k. What kind of muppet gives a 32yr old a 5 year deal!! What were the chances of him being worth that much at 37? Tw@t!

it was actually our former tw@at of a chairman that negotiated that contract as taylor was not yet appointed and elliot was threatining to leave. one thing i will never get is why tatlor was allowed to spend 30 million onell wernt.

if martin had only stayed 1 more seaon im confident we would have been in champions league now with a new stadium and champions league side spending 10-15 million pounds ech summer, eventually we would be challenging for the league with oneill no longer needing to leave to fullfill his ambition. if only hey.
