I got 6 correct, but was wrong on number 4, I could have sworn Mahrez won FOTY that season and not Vardy.
I think Mahrez got the PFA one, Vardy the football writers one. Vardy scored 24 goals, which was a big clue.

I may have been able to guess this one, but he gave the answer before I had time to think about it.
4. Who was named footballer of the year in 2016 after scoring 24 league goals
Jamie Vardy won the player of the year award.
Not Mahrez. He won the PFA award - and didn't score 24 goals.

The only reason I knew this one is because it was mentioned on Lineker's podcast a couple of months ago.

Easy. 1966 and all that.

The Wednesday (the contestant said Sheffield Wednesday, which was accepted)
It was mentioned several times around the time we won the league, and I should have remembered. I said Portsmouth. They finished 20th that year.
