I know we destroyed India in the ODI but Prior is the opening batsmen sent in to smack the ball around for 15-20 overs. He isnt a good enough keeper or batsmen to stay in the team at the moment.

So who would you suggest for test then?

You have already mentioned NIXON for ODI only.

maybe Foster or Davies to see if they can make the step up.
Read is in good form as well, but i doubt we would try him again

Mustard at Durham has had a good season, good enough for the test side also opens in the 1 day matches

Nixon did well, but they had to move on and find a wk for the next world cup.

Nixon should however have been in the Twenty20 World Cup. His record is as good as anybodys, including most batsmen.
