Can i just say i've been really impressed with him in recent games, and reckon he will become a key player for us IF he continues to develop like he has done this season. Works his socks off and can put in a decent delivery-if he can be more consistent with this element of his game then he'll be a cracking player.

Thoughts?

Good at beating players and enthusiastic undoubtedly. Seriously needs to improve his crossing though

Works hard has pace but must improve final ball. He started the season well but it seemed opponents either sussed him or he became "known"
If he continues to develop he will become a first team regular

shambles

May I suggest he needs to strengthen up,I could se him being knocked off the ball and muscled out a good few games in the Championship.I never have seen him play and am going purely on 'looks'

He's shown some excellent promise, certainly in our last 5 or so games.

Having both the flair and pace of a typical winner, he's also an aggressive battler who hates not having the ball.

'Could' be a top player for us - watch this space.

I guess he lost his early season sparkle due to his personal problems.

Looked promising on Monday, but as others have said, he must improve his end product a lot, whether that be crosses from open play or corners (although his last one on Monday was spot on!).

Everyone can now start getting all orgasmic about Gradel and Dyer but what about the 6 months in the middle of the season when the pair of them contributed feck all?

They are only as good as their last game.
