Rubbish on the corners yesterday (Except one obviously).

His stunning free kick at Franchise FC has been one of the highlights of the season for me.

Yep, he's had a hand in our 2 most enjoyable goals of the season. Even when Gradel can't get into a game and isn't looking very effective he certainly gives absolutly everything he has. I know caring about the team and the result isn't enough to make a player great but I love Gradel's attitude and he has moments of pure quality.

I love the way he works back on Defence all the time.

Gradel has potential and is improving at a steady rate. If he can settle into the team early next year i think he could prove influential. I think its always good to have a few youngsters in the side as they provide that 'unpredictability' but what matters is if they can handle the transition into a regular first team player - I think Gradel will do it!

and an extra bonus its always good to have a guy with colourful hair in your team for comedy value.

I agree except for the last sentence. I would prefer it if Leicester players did not look like clowns.
Wingers and fullbacks form tend to vary more than any other player. This is partly because their game is more about sprinting than other players and thus susceptable to pitch conditions. It is also because they are in more of a one-to-one duel than other players. Thus a really good fullback will make an ordinary winger look poor and vice versa. (Yes I know other players sprint and other players have duels but not to quite the same extent). Wingers will usually either play really well or really badly.
It is easy to forget that Dyer is far more experienced than Gradel. I believe that when he is Dyers age Gradel will be an excellent player and possibly capable of playing in a lower Premiership club.
My worry about our wingers is Dyer's poor form in the winter months. Is he a warm weather player and if so this is a problem that needs solving.
