Do we still care what happens to him?

CL could be in line for this job Imo.

But he can leave at anytime can't he? Also he's not getting any pay so Brighton would be a big step up from that.

I am sure that I read that CL is only looking at jobs north of the border.

i like mcghee. I was at the evening with the former managers and he admitted he made a mistake goin to wolves and he was a funny and nice guy so i'd like to see him do well still.

I also think McGhee is a good guy and have often wondered how well he would have done had he stayed with us for longer.

I think we would have continued to progress - but not as dramatically as we did with MON. McGhee's tactics had been sussed by other teams, we were beginning to seem less effective - especially away from home where we were piling on the pressure but vulnerable to the break, and McGhee didn't seem to quick to change things.

Nevertheless I admire him for admitting his mistake.

Spot on Boc. McGhoo's brand of football was one of the best I've seen at City, but all it took was man-marking fatboy Parker, whom everything went through from defence to attack, and the whole thing stopped working. But he did well for us, and he's got a pretty decent sense of humour compared to many of the dour managers out there, so I don't mind him these days... the fat c*nt!
