Running around his technical area and wildly gesturing to any random City player that happens to be looking his way and screaming blue murder at them. The bloke's a buffoon, feck him off now, I wouldn't work for a chargehand like him.

MS had good reason to shout at them, they are far their best. Passing at times today was very sloppy.

unless your down there and heard what he was saying how can you say he is a lunatic bully.

If they were out of position and not following the tatics disscussed then he had a right to get his voice accross.

it might be the only way to motivate them, to get them fired up.

I can see what your saying. I sit right next to the technical area and he does randomly shout at players, which would put young players off certainley knock their confidence. He does it every match, im just glad i won £14

Yes, I'm not referring to any of that. People only ever read what they want to read, maybe I don't put things across right, maybe it's just ignorance on the readers behalf.

Mike Stowell doesn't motivate the team simply by shouting at them, he looks like an out of control bully. You don't see decent managers treating the players like he does.

If you think I said the players didn't need motivating and Stowell should have shut up and sat down, I would have a word with any previous establishment of education you may have attended :icon_wink :icon_lol:

FT - Possibly agree.

AF - I am probably wrong but he does most of his screaming behind closed doors and commands a respect due to his status within the game.
Stowell is a nobody, with nothing for the players to respect other than being their superior.

What my main gripe today was was that he was randomly shouting at anybody, our players, their players, officials. The fact that he appears to randomly abuse our players also pissis me off. If I saw one feck up then the flare up it could be undersood, if not justified. But they came across as unprovoked attacks.

I think he's a loon, but as most seem to think he is responsible for our victory with his continuous bellowing, then long may it continue
