what do you reckon happened??? gerry goes to check on kids, kills madeleine then goes back to enjoy his evening then kate checks on them and gets rid of the body and then sounds the alarm :102:

YV, he's not really Poirot. He's just making wild guesses the same as every ****er else, including, it would seem, the Portuguese police..

The kid was dead before they went for a meal, killed in a fit of anger, body hidden somewhere. They then moved the body again in the hire car later for some reason. Put the black cap on now M'Lud.

25 days later? Where the feck do you hide a decomposing, putrid body for 25 days without anybody, including police dogs, finding it?

Don't let facts get in the way of a good conspiracy, not when the tabloids can smell a good story involving destroying the family that was previously their cause celebre.

Underground where most bodies are?:102:

And then dug up again, 25 days later, to be moved around in a hire car? The cops would find more than a trace of blood. Earthworms, shit, leaves, maggots....

they could have hired someone to get rid of the body and then wait to call the police once they had got rid of it, result to some money exchanging hands, wasnt the McCanns looking to seperate??

its a horror world we live in

The McCann's were only ever the press's cause-célèbre so that they (the tabloids) could make their counterparts in Portugal their bête-noire. If it had happened over here the hacks would not have given them breathing room.

Something or someone particularly detested or avoided; a bugbear.

From dictionary.com for those of us not as well educated as Bob :icon_cool

I was merely trying to compete with Macky's "cause célèbre".

That wasn't the only reason at all.
Their primary interest is selling newsprint to gullible idiots who pay money for their shitrags.

They were the cause celebre (can't be arsed looking for character entities) because they knew it would make a great story that they can spin any way they want.

The most important issue as far as I can see is what colour ribbon shall we all wear to show our solidarity with Kate McCann?

A cause célèbre (plural causes célèbres) is an issue or incident arousing widespread controversy, outside campaigning and/or heated public debate

For those of us at a disadvantage when compared to Macky.

Just realised how pathetic that would make us :icon_bigg

madeleine:
1. a small shell-shaped cake made of flour, eggs, sugar, and butter and baked in a mold.
2. something that triggers memories or nostalgia: in allusion to a nostalgic passage in Proust's Remembrance of Things Past.

So she was baked, then

The ribbon of truth is multicoloured. Time will tell whether it is of a shade that suits Kate McCann. Justice for Madeleine and for the world is far more important than any solidarity with an individual.

Let the cogs of investigation grind on!
