I would imagine the priority will be getting things reorganised off the pitch. In his position, knowing that survival is now all but certain, I would want to be sure that the people and structures were in place to ensure that my plans can be put into place and operate as I want. Then start looking to the summer for team re-building.

That's not to say there won't be some changes on the playing front in the short term of course.
