£37 to watch a Championship match? Bet you could get cheaper Prem tickets!
I said this back in July but most dismissed it as me being Anti-Mandaric.
We didn't say you were Anti Mandaric Hazz, we said you were dressing up as Auntie Marjorie again, you big tranny
Just as a comparison, a season ticket for the Arizona Wildcats American Football starts at $92 for adults. That's for only seven home games but it's less than 60 quid in total. Like with City, it's the second tier of the sport (College Football) but it's the biggest sporting team in Tucson, a city of a million people, so they get much bigger gates, averaging over 55,000.I said this back in July but most dismissed it as me being Anti-Mandaric. It's disgusting pricing.

On the other hand, it's a bollocks sport played by teenagers!
The top sporting team in Arizona is the Phoenix Suns basketball. They are genuine contenders at the top of the NBA and it's quite a good sport IMO. A season ticket covering 41 home games at the Phoenix Suns costs $660, or 423 quid. That's just over 10 quid per game. Basketball arenas are by definition smaller and the Suns get a sell-out average of 17,000 per game.
Conclusion: rip-off Britain.

Must have changed in the last six years, everything seemed considerably cheaper when I was there and I always had more money in my pocket than I'd previously had over here.If you think Britains a rip off you should never go to Australia.
