I think he is trying and trying hard...... even with a few million it seems hard...

I was afraid that this would put Mr. Johnson in a bad light and it seems to have done just that.
I know James and he is a very enthusiastic follower of our club, but like all damn good Lawyers they get fixed on things we do not see, LIKE ALL OF HIS BREED they read the small print First and the generalisations after...... now he has seen something that he is clearly unhappy with and has taken the appropriate action he sees fit,and i dont decry him for doing so, plus you cannot blame him with the recent events that have delayed this venture as he resigned ages ago, I personally think this is all down to Companies house and procedures that encompass this deal, I believe we still have to inform the stock exchange and the companies registery and its a slow uncompramising business.
Thanks for that. I am a lawyer and I don't eat babies and drown kittens...
ask anyone. I am the most irrational human being when it comes to Leicester City.
they should be resolved at tomorrows meeting though eh?
FT you must be so proud, your only ally looks like a prick.
The FT is an absolute joke.....everytime it has hinted at other potential options they have been shown to be totally vacuous.
They haven't said that recently. Not in that instance no, but they have said before there are other options.
We have had dialogue with James Johnson today & he agreed with the posts that the details broadcast were bland.
Apparently he did reveal more about this reasons for not backing the deal, but RL were advised legally not to broadcast it.
Hopefully this will help explain why we have previously tried to give as much detail as we can to fans, and reflect shareholders did have real concerns with the bid.
We are optimistic of the takeover being complete this week, although we still haven't had the official final bid document as yet, so timescales are getting tight again

Bloody Hell, who's got it this time?we still haven't had the official final bid document as yet, so timescales are getting tight again
The shareholders are not aware of the content of the bid document. The FT have posted as fact that the shareholders have not yet recieved an official bid documentI would assume that in all the back and forth they have become well aware of the main content, and of which last bits have remained in contention, so presumably they will only need to satisfy themselves that what has emergred on those points fits the bill.
they will only need to satisfy themselves
