If they want Chilwell to replace Moreno (who clearly needs replacing) then the starting point should be the £12m that they paid Sevilla for him. Or the £12.5m they paid for Clyne.

And even if it were true, who's to blame him? He's a young kid who, so far, hasn't earned any serious money. He could get injured tomorrow and have no career.

Both Arsenal and Liverpool are notoriously poor clubs to develop your potential at. Their failure rate far exceeds successes.

He is at a club that maximises its players talent.
