i spoke with the club and they put me on to steve mason manager at the 1884 he said i could have one of three nights in may providing the band had public liability insurance up to £500,000 and all of the bands equipment was PAT tested. To my surprise the kit is PAT tested( was a requisite for previous gig at the tigers ). My thoughts are that may would be to far away ....what do you guys think? my next step is to talk to gary at the half time orange.

Good work Lazzer.

Don't ask for opinions, just do what you feel right. There will be discussions forever.

You are organizing something for a great cause, anybody who moans about any decisions you make is gonna look bloody little.

Hello Everyone

I've never posted on here before but stumbled across the site today. I used to work for Neil in Leeds and having known him and seen him pretty much every day for the best part of two years, can I just say how utterly heart-warming it is to see so many people touched by what happened to him, and who are taking the time to organise something as thoughtful as this. As you will undoubtedly know, outside of his family Leicester City was Neil’s great passion and I know he would have been delighted with what you guys are going to do. Unfortunately I am based in London, so coming up for this event is not likely to be easy for me, but I will be making a donation to Sarah and Charlie if that’s ok.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you all for working so hard for someone who was held by many in such high esteem.

Thanks

Matt

Hi Matt,

Neil wasn't a member of this forum, and not many of us knew him. But we share in the loss of a City fan.

If you try this site: http://www.foxestalk.co.uk you will find more people that new him as he was a member of that forum.

It's a rival site to us, but certian events bring rivals together, and this was one of them.

Sorry for your loss

hiya Matt!

I'm one of the few who don't use FT that knew Neil through football and I agree, it's fantastic that people can get their heads together to organise something like this in memory of someone they didn't know.

I'm not bothered when Lazzer organises it for, Just need to know a date so I can sort out things to see if Sarah and Charlie and Neil's family can make it down for it.
