anyone else noticed the Mandaric-esque quote of having spent more money than originally anticipated?
I'm sure Sven said something recently about not having "an open cheque book". Now I'm sure that's true, and I never expected that we would have unlimited funds, but I do wonder whether there is a bit of an attempt to manage expectations underway.
Not so long ago, someone on here called them the Thai twats.
I thought so but presumably not, or maybe it was something very much like it. I don't think it was done in a malicious way, but I imagine there's a different consensus now.
For what little it is worth, I still think this is going to end badly.
We are living way beyond our means and it is unsustainable without a drastically increased revenue stream.
