Perhaps, he likes his one-twos a lot. I'm surprised defenders haven't, for the most part, worked out how to defend against him. I hope he does well.

Barnes will be great. He's a limited player but he does what he does well. Today was the perfect way to bring him in with Newcastle ahead and the extra space to attack that that allowed for. It's all about his part in a squad.

When Newcastle were comfortably ahead = Barnes with an assist +goal. Well done Barnes = Tick

Yep. One of the key ingredients in our downfall was his stinking want away attitude being allowed to simmer away and slowly corrupt the rest of the squad over a period of about 2 years.......
