One of my friends is a reading fan an was delighted at this news. I calmly reminded him that scoring is simply what the yak does. I think we should still regret not getting him permanently if it had been an option

Aye...but other than goals and assists what did he ever do for us? Irrigation?

Not enough Pashun.

Still think he's the best striker we've had in yonks.

Remember that goal away at Derby? Or when he bulldozed through an opposition 'keeper and scored from an impossible angle?

So louche, so cool. I bloody love him.

Lazy bastard was amazing

My dad never liked him. I remember after the end of the loan spell saying "But he scored 11 goals in 20 games. That's better than one in two". That wasn't enough effort to win him over apparently.

I'd have had Yak back this season. He'd be better at hitting the ground running than Kramaric will be.

Possibly because he´s more used to the English style of play?
Hopefully Kramaric has now completed his period of adjustment and will start to be prolific......maybe starting with at least a brace today:038:

I never saw the Yak running anywhere!

No tracking back. No pashun. If you did the work and got the ball to him then he would then stick it in the back of the net.

Other than a 1 in 2 strike rate, absolute waste of space!

Paul Gallagher is putting in some set-pieces tonight against United that James, Mahrez, etc could only dream about doing.

(Yes I know he's on loan but he's essentially an ex player)

The paradox being that it's more enjoyable watching Gally playing for another team (especially against a Prem club) than mostly it ever was playing for us.

He hit the occasional great free kick for us, bit his corners were dire.
City's present day corner delivery has actually improved a lot in recent months. If no one attacks the ball, is it the taker's fault?

I know the first Mahrez corner yesterday was crap, before you say anything. ;)
