I'd guess there are Danish insults that begins with k. It seems like a language that has a lot of k words. You could ask Kasper I guess. Maybe Maguire picked up some choice Danish slang from his time with us. There was probably enough insult hurled his way after all. Twat would have sufficed though. Why complicate things?
