Regardless of how this season turns out for us, as long as Youri keeps getting found out, along with Brendan and all the other overrated charlatans we've had to endure for the last 2 years, I'll still have a smile on my face watching their demise come the end of the season.

I don't believe that is the whole problem. As he became disaffected he switched himself off; I saw him hiding during games. Once switched off, it's not easy to just switch yourself on again.
Yes, he did well for us; then he didn't and he isn't doing well now. Somebody else's problem now.
That's one way of looking at it. I see it as he running his contract down and completely checking out in the last year of his contract. Thus being implicit in our relegation.
