have been warned about Union street my many people. A mate of mine is in the Navy and he was saying how the locals go mental down there.

A mix of students, forces and locals isnt really a peaceful mix.

20 years ago it really could be a frightening and dangerous place. It attracted the worst of the Navy, Army, students and locals. I think its a smaller affair now but still rough and ready.
