Just click the reply button on each post you want to quote. Just tried it on my phone and it only worked when both posts are on the same page.

Didn't work that way from my PC earlier. And if they have to be on the same page it's still broken really!

It does work in the way Jeff describes and across different pages, as shown here - the first quoted post is from a separate page.

Which leads me ask why posts are no longer numbered?

Posts are numbered. On the right, before Like and Reply. The number doesn't appear on the mobile version.

No need to have worried about logging in with the new site. I'm not sure what the process was but my username and password (in the form of blobs) were already there in the appropriate palces on the new site's log-in page and all I had to do was submit them.

That's because you'd already logged in on the secret test version only mods knew about.

Presumably Spion meant 'your account' then.

Can anyone access that or do you get the same error message as Spion?
