Avatars on this system have to be square. If it isn't square, it gets cropped automatically.
I've turned on advance multi quoting.
Now you can click on "+ Quote" on any messages you want to quote, and then a button will appear below the posting area that says "Insert Quotes..."
You can rearrange the order of the quotes before inserting them into your post.
You can also easily quote extracts from posts. Use your mouse to highlight the text you want to quote, and below that text a bubble should appear with + Quote | Reply. Click on + Quote to add it to multi quote, or Reply to just quote that extract.

Perhaps that is because I am a mod then, as per the earlier answer, although I don't seem to have mod powers in this section of the forum.

Just one question, I like to have avatars turned off on account of reading in an office and not wanting to subject my co-workers to a parade of boobs and bums, but can't find the function that turns this off any more. I am looking in the wrong place or is this feature yet to come?

This feature isn't available. But what I should be able to do is create a new theme with no avatars. That's now on my list of things to do.

You can now select the number of post per page (also the number of threads shown in the thread view page, and the number of PMs)
