Would be very surprised if he was tempted to be honest, the form So'ton finished the season with will see them walk L1 next season, especially considering there's no Leeds or Norwich. They seem to be in a much better financial position now too

So he's probably got a better chance of getting to the Premership by staying with a L1 club. Depressing isn't it?

I would love to see Sousa come to Leicester - or any other reasonably successful Championship manager. But why would they come?
Indeed if I was a successful League 1 or League 2 manager I think I would wait for another opportunity with a less toxic club.
If I was the chairman of a club and my manager wanted to leave for Leicester I would say before you apply give Martin Allen, Gary Megson, Ian Holloway or Nigel Pearson a phone call - alright maybe not Martin Allen.

Yes if Sousa was foolish enough to want to leave Swansea for Leicester I would pick him and be happily surprised. For people who complain about his shortcomings as a manager I have five words - Mourinho will not be applying.
