Didn't know there was a book - I'm sure Santa will oblige.;)

A Fan's Guide Football Grounds - England & Wales (There is a Scottish one aswell)

By Duncan Adams - Ian Allen Publishing - ISBN (10) 0 7110 3187 8

The book is a lot more better than the likes of Aerofilms guide which are just facts, this includes a lot of opinion ie. more or less replicates the site.

Oh yeh and its a tenner

If you get the chance, try out this place. About half an hour walk from the ground.
CAMRA pub of the year twice.

Where are you staying MK?

Probably my sisters house in norwich, but may have to be at a meeting in Bristol on wednesday morning that could bollox up the whole show.

A couple of resonable priced B&Bs

http://www.wedgewoodhouse.co.uk/Tariff.htm

on St Stephens road around 1/2 mile from the ground

or Malborough House on Stacey Road near the station.

tel 01603 628005.

Not stayed at either but they are in this years Norwich tourist guide.

Stayed at this place last year, nothing special but it was clean and fairly cheap. Also the breakfast was supposed to be good the next morning but I wouldnt know as i stayed in bed :icon_wink

I booked in here. Only £31 for a single room with breakfast, so it's probably a shit-hole.

Managed to find a picture of inside one of the rooms:

I'm going on fox travel. How long does it take to get to Norwich?

well it's about 3 hours in a car. so on a coach prob more like 4 to 4 and a half hours with the stop that they have

a lot of the road is single carriageway so if you get stuck behind something you are screwed

Dual carriageway nearly all the way. Depending on your location the best routes are:

Don't feck about on the A47. M1 south, A14, A11 North all the way to Norwich.

Or A47 to Peterborough, A1 South, A14, A11 North to Norwich

The A47 has improved since the Thorney bypass, but still a bloody nightmare if in slow traffic
