Every time somebody reacts or replies to one of my posts, I get two notifications on my phone. Occasionally I get three. A case in point being my opening post in the Warsaw thread where I got three notifications of your post but only two of each for each of the others.

Have I done something wrong or is this a common thing?

I changed my like to a laugh. So that might be why you received an extra one. But I don't know why you're receiving two instead on one.
Have you used the site on two different browsers?

I did wonder if that might be the reason for the third notification.
Two browsers? No, not on the phone but clearly I use a different browser when I use a computer. I can't remember whether I get the double notification on the computer or not.
