is bill anderson making assumptions that taylor and clarke had reservations over certain things or is it based on something a bit more substantial :102:

Here's what big Bill has to say:

The deal is not done and cannot be done for several weeks at least.NONE of the shareholders have been asked to vote on the latest Mandaric offer. They cannot make a decision until they are told the terms of the offer. If ,as seems likely ,the latest offer is worse than the previous it is VERY UNLIKELY that the deal will go through.
The three directors who have resigned are the most respected by the non-board shareholders.Just because the remaining board members recommend the offer doesn't mean that the shareholders will vote for it.

Who are you low roller? are you famous?

So what's the position? Final bid includes a place for naughty Timothy at the top table (in the interests of continuity, no doubt) at the expense of Ronald?

WTF ?? The deal can be completed much sooner. The whole process could be wrapped up in a day or 2 if they want it done.
