I know this poll was done a couple of weeks ago with multiple options, but the perspective candidates at the mo seem to be Coleman, Ince and Worthington.

So i'm running this poll to see where opinions are.

There is no ' others ' option. Its just between these 3.

If you don't agree with any of them DONT VOTE.

At the minute Worthington but I also would not mind Ince for the job he has done.

I don't want Coleman, just don't think he is the right man for City!

I've gone for Worthington simply because he has done well to turn things round in a short space of time. :038:

Coleman is a definite no no :018: ! 1 away win in each of the past 2 seasons says everything!

Ince, I wouldn't mind if he was given the job.:102:

Ok we have seen more effort from the players but do you put this down to Worthington or Milan supposedly telling them they are playing for their position? Also if it wasn't for the ball hitting fat Nils in the last minute we would still be in the shite. Hardly an amazing turn a round!

I'm not over-confident that last Saturday's performance marked a new LCFC. It was a welcome result and the performance was an improvement. However, it wasn't earth-shattering. Milan needs to consider his managerial options very carefully, and I'm sure he will. I don't think one result will sway his opinion. He'll have his own criteria when he comes to choose a permanent manager.

Out of the three it has to be Ince for me, followed by Coleman. Whilst Worthington has managed to inject some much needed passion and commitment my fear is of repeating the same mistake we made with Kelly last season.

Worthington would be a steady appointment but I want to see us be brave and exciting and for that reason it has to be Ince.

Ince has not enough experience for me and I can see him being another PT......

Paul Ince team got whipped 5-0 on the weekend, and that is just in league two image if he was the leicester manager, things could be much worst than a 5-0

One fecking result for fecks sake, I am pretty sure most managers have suffered a heavy defeat or two.

It appears fairly clear who the TB public favour at the moment.Coleman with an outright majority

Kelly did exactly the same turnaround last year, look where it got us. Ince for me

Kelly didn't actually do anything last year though. All he actually did was to lessen the pressure on the team which was what they needed.

This year he couldn't get away with simply 'not being Craig Levein'.

Worthington has done the difficult things. Challenged them, got them fighting and working harder and has stood up to those whose actions would have diminished team spirit.

He's been a genuine breath of fresh air.

Kelly was overwhelming favourite to get the job last season so I hope MM doesn't pay too much attention to what supporters want.

I doubt he looks on here for guidance anyway.

Its a difficult choice as all 3 managers brings different qualities and different experience so it will be a hard choice for Milan, lets hope it is the right choice,

There may well be one or a few others that he is or will consider.I wouldn't narrow it down to just those three

I personally think we've got to look beyond these three at the moment. I think the bloke at colchester has done an excellent job for them with a tiny club and no money.
