What Melton should be saying is that RK is very well down the league of tactical knowledge. His tactics on the pitch are baffling to say the least and as for motivation it seems to be nil. So we have a team of monkeys either managing or coaching us or both.....

We need someone new in if we get the takeover.. if we have to pay extra so what - you get what you pay for... people will look at rob kelly and say he has done a good job considering we have no money and to an extent they are right.. except look above the table and you'll see some teams challenging for play offs who also have no money I'd say Mike Newell would be a realistic option and think would do a good job for us.

Well, be that as it may, with Graydon here (or one of that ilk) I think things could work. My worry is that both he and Stowell have created a 'Crazy Gang' ethic which isn't working with out 'cultured' lot......However, RK took the job on and that was offered by our board, it is they, not RK, who should shoulder this responsibility.
